Promptly arrived on time. Pleasant, respectful, professional. Sorted out a double booking without any complications. Impressed by massage methods. Quick set up and breakdown. Will book in the future.

I feel great my shoulders feel a-lot more relaxed. In general my whole back feels so much looser. Charlotte was lovely very friendly. Will be back in a few weeks to continue releasing my back neck and shoulders.

This was an excellent experience for me; very professional and effective environment, without the 'corporate' atmosphere and up-selling of a beauty spa which I find off-putting. The therapist Lesley made me feel relaxed and safe. I felt great afterwards and will make this a regular event.
