I had the most beautiful hot stone massage yesterday with Lou and I genuinely left feeling like a different person. The treatment itself was incredible. The heat from the stones combined with the pressure was perfect, especially for someone like me who works in a posture-heavy job. I could feel the tension melting away. Every movement felt intentional and intuitive, and I left feeling deeply relaxed but also lighter and more aligned. It’s rare to find someone who not only delivers a technically excellent massage but also creates such a safe, soothing space. Looking forward my next one!

Had a wonderful Swedish massage from Natalie, a lovely calm and relaxing treatment room and a very relaxing treatment. Natalie was friendly and warm and made me feel at ease right away. Would highly recommend.

I have been doing my nails at Posh Beauty and Academy for a number of years, and I can honestly say this is the best nail salon in Cardiff and beyond! All the nail technicians are amazing. My first time visiting Esther and what a blissful visit it was. I felt completely at ease prior to the treatment with a lovely chat and felt very comfortable throughout the massage also, as she checked in with me. I had the back, neck and shoulders massage and will certainly be returning to try many of the other treatments as the whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Parking was easy too, located to the back of the building! If you are thinking of visiting - definitely do it. My back and neck feel incredibly more relaxed since.

I suffer with a lot of issues and I’ve had a lot of massages, physio, chiropractic, and I can honestly say this is the best massage I’ve ever had to date. Don’t be expecting a gentle relaxing massage from the deep tissue, but expect to walk out an inch taller! Jen was amazing and I will now be a regular customer!
