From the moment I walked in I felt so relaxed 💆🏼‍♀️. The atmosphere was calm and serene with soothing music and soft lighting. My session started with Shennen guiding me through a calming meditation and foot soak before leading onto my massage - I felt completely at ease and left feeling so relaxed and revitalised.
