Due to major injury and surgery I have not been able to use my massage vouchers - Pete very kindly honoured it today and after 15 months got to work on lots of niggles and imbalances. I will be back - and with the suggested post treatment exercises, hopefully more balanced!!

Amazing 'Ultimate Piece of Heaven' treatment. Olivia was professional and friendly. I felt so relaxed I could have fallen asleep during the facial. The room was warm, the bed was comfy and the lightening was perfect. Olivia didn't talk throughout which was just what I needed. I'll be back. Thank you so much x

I have been coming to Gill at Ribble Valley Sports massage for over 2 years! Gill’s sports massages are the best! She really knows her stuff, she targets areas that are needed when needed, and isn’t shy with pressure! I always leave feeling like a new woman and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Gill is also great at giving advice on what to do to help with injuries on certain areas to prevent further damage/pain. Thanks Gill!
