Best massage I've had! Completley relaxing and just what I needed! I have anxiety and was nervous about having a massage in a new place especially being a plus sized woman, but Mandy completley put me at ease and did a wonderful job. I have waited 8-years to get my eyebrows done because of previous experiences in a salon and Mandy listened and gave me great advice and even waxed my eyebrows for me at the end which is major confidence boost for me! I will 100% be back and 100% recommend.

I was lucky enough to receive a gift voucher for The Wellness Centre and today had the 60 minute relaxation facial. It was bliss! The products smelled delicious, the room was warm and relaxing and Mandy as so welcoming and knowledgeable. I felt so much better afterwards, and my weather beaten dry skin felt soft and soothed. Can’t wait to book again! Highly recommended 😊

My daughter had the neck and back massage together with the Indian head massage and she loved it. She feels very relaxed and cannot wait to book in again with Sarah.

Wow.. that's how I'm feeling after my relaxing treatments. I had a Indian head massage, and a deep tissue, neck, shoulders and back massage. I feel so relaxed. Sarah made me feel very relaxed and she is so knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatments and I have even treated my daughter to the same.

I had the lymphatic drainage body massage It was utterly wonderful!! Not felt that relaxed in forever I made sure I followed the advice of drinking lots of water afterward and felt so much better

I had the absolute pleasure visiting Boost Me and received a plethora of relaxing treatments all bundled together in one session. From breath exercises to chakra cleansing, lymphatic drainage to back massage (to name but a few) whilst being gently guided through my journey by the talented Victoria, I came away feeling re-vitalised and yes, Boosted! I tried the new Boost Me treatment today. The session was very relaxing, but also energizing. Vickie used a variety of techniques, including lymph drainage, massage and subconscious modalities. I was tored going in, but felt much better and lighter after. Looking forward to seeing her happens in a few days.
