Pete is very professional and took the time to explain what he was going to do and how it would benefit me. I went to see Pete with tension headaches and neck and shoulder stiffness. I was given specific exercises that would benefit me with a follow up message with further information. I have visited a few Sports Massage Therapists over the years and I can honestly say this is the best deep tissue massage treatment I have received. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be going back. Thank you.

Gill was excellent. Alongside being very accomodating woth time, she listened and sought to understand the problem while exploring the possibilities/muscle issues, before recommending a course of action for a road to recovery. Gill also provided a sports massage to help improve blood circulation to the muscle and this felt great in the days following - you could feel the benefit this gave to the muscle.
