This experience was great, took a little bit to get use to the tank, but by the end of the appointment I was feeling very relaxed. The scrub and the massage were amazing. Both of the young ladies that I met today were polite, friendly and very professional. Will definitely be back again.

I had a wonderful massage today with Tamara and immediately rebooked. It’s rare to find a massage that’s super relaxing and painless at the same time as actually tackling deep knots and tense fascia. I could tell Tamara was tailoring the massage to where my body was at; patiently releasing tight areas whilst still having a flowing style. I appreciated her saying at the start to just let her know if I need any adjustments in pressure, temp, music, etc and then allowing calming quiet. The room is clean and serene and I really liked the fragrance free oils, hot towels and instrumental music :)

My skin has never felt softer, and the massage was incredibly relaxing. My whole face is glowing and feels the softest it's ever been. Beautiful massage and beautiful products. I left glowing. Highly recommend getting a facial off Effect skin clinic. The girls are absolutely amazing and such a friendly bunch to be around. I have been going to the one life centre for massages and floats since i was 7wks pregnant. I have been seeing carly regularly for almost a year now and she is just amazing!! Wonderful to talk to and is an amazing massage therapist!!! 10/10 would reccommend!!
