This experience was great, took a little bit to get use to the tank, but by the end of the appointment I was feeling very relaxed. The scrub and the massage were amazing. Both of the young ladies that I met today were polite, friendly and very professional. Will definitely be back again.

I have been going to the one life centre for massages and floats since i was 7wks pregnant. I have been seeing carly regularly for almost a year now and she is just amazing!! Wonderful to talk to and is an amazing massage therapist!!! 10/10 would reccommend!!

I had the most amazing remedial massage today! From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The space was calming, and the therapist was warm, professional, and attentive to what my body needed. I walked out feeling lighter, relaxed, and pain-free for the first time in weeks. Highly recommend if you’re looking for real relief and a genuinely relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I had shanae do my 50 minute massage, she made the experience comforting for me as massages aren’t a big thing for me but had a voucher to use. Her pressure was stable continuously and she was so friendly in response when the my body senses was too tender for the pressure.
