Natural Palm is hands down the best massage place in Cairns. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and everything feels very clean, calm, and professional from the moment you walk in. Palm was extremely professional, attentive, and skilled. I felt completely taken care of throughout the whole session. I left feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. This is a really fantastic salon - relaxing, pampering, expert, friendly and kind. The best way I can describe it is ethical luxe. If you are, like me, new to town and are not sure where to go for that little treat or indulgence and want to be treated like a princess don’t look any further. Faux fur blankets, warm bed to hop into after the ‘nasty’ treatment for the remainder, delicious elixirs and dainty little edible treats presented in a glass cloche post-treatment were some of the highlights. Donna is a font of information about the best cafes in Edge Hill and the must-do’s in Cairns.

Very relaxing. Not like the usual “busy” salons I have experienced in the past in Cairns. I felt like I was treated with dignity & respect. Every ingredient was explained to me. Sally was very thoughtful, asked me what tea I would like to drink during the foot spa session, & engaged in providing quality time with my feet, toes and lower limb massage. I will be returning to Serene Retreat when I am in Cairns again next. Serene Retreat is now my new chosen place of serenity for receiving an ultimate pedicure and massage.

We had a couples massage as we are visiting Cairns on holidays - Googled Massage and Foot and Body came up - reviews were great and the service right from the start with a foot spa prior to the commencement of the massage was relaxing! We booked 90 mins and I was wishing I had booked the 2 hrs! We would certainly love to visit again but heading back home to the farm in NSW tomorrow! Thanks Cairns Foot and Body!!

Such a beautiful experience from start to finish. I booked the 1-hour Focusing Massage with the Indian Head Massage & Hair Treatment, and it was exactly what I needed. The spa has such a peaceful, calming atmosphere, and my therapist (Palm is AMAZING!!) was absolutely wonderful. She listened to where I was holding tension and tailored the treatment perfectly. Natural Palm Day Spa has a beautifully tranquil setting that relaxes you the moment you walk in. The staff are welcoming, great attention to detail and prioritise your comfort above all else. My partner and I got a 3 hour couples package, I cannot rate highly enough and would go as far to say this is the best massage I’ve received in Cairns.
