My experience was what I needed to relax my muscles. The Deep Tissue massage was very helpful as my shoulders and back were especially tight. Doug did a great job in ironing out the tension that I had and my body felt relaxed after.

It was incredibly relaxing, and I truly enjoyed every bit of it. I feel so refreshed and rejuvenated now!

I have a regular Friday neck and shoulder massage from Luke which is always relaxing for my arthritic neck and shoulders. However this week I arrived in agony as I'd moved my arm awkwardly dressing that morning and was unable to drive. 45 minutes with Luke and the pain considerably eased and I was able to move my arm without pain. Fabulous !
