I have had sports massages with Lydia for the last two years. Lydia is professional, knowledgeable, and the massages are effective in improving my mobility. I always leave feeling much better and receive helpful advice on recovery. I highly recommend Lydia for a quality sports massage.

I had an amazing experience! The studio is her home, it is very clean and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. The massage itself was professional and felt wonderful. If you haven't tried a Lomi Lomi massage yet, you absolutely need to try it here. Kseniia is so talented, friendly, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Kseniia was very friendly and professional. I went for the Hot Oil bed Lomi massage. It was amazing and very relaxing. Kseniia uses good quality oils and scents and I was offered fruit tea afterwards. Highly recommended x

Straight forward, lovely welcome, happy atmosphere, good hair cut. Happy customer! At last, I found the perfect Hairdresser in Eastham.

Great massage. Within a couple of sessions Lydia had completely managed to relieve chronic neck and shoulder pain I'd had for years. She has made a massive difference, and my body feels so much more relaxed, and with better posture. Lovely, friendly and professional too! 100% recommended.

Christy's spirts and deep tissue massages are fantastic I come out feeling relaxed and my knotted muscles are more relaxed. I've been using her since she opened and trust her completely.

Had the most amazing couples Beauty Bliss treatment. The room looks & feels so tranquil. I have a frozen shoulder at the moment and Amanda was so attentive to my injury checking multiple times if the massage pressure was OK. My shoulder, although still sore feels much better after the treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend this treatment & this salon to anyone. It is amazing. We both left floating on air & feeling extremely relaxed & refreshed (& smelling amazing).

An excellent sports massage as ever. Lydia is very much aware of areas of tension and stress and is diligent in working through the areas to relieve pressure and knots that have built up over months and years. I have much better mobility and experience far less pain since my massages with Lydia and would not hesitate to recommend her.

I had my first massage today with Kseniia, she was lovely and welcoming. I had the lomi mix massage which was amazing! quite literally walked out a new woman, I felt totally relaxed and all tension had disappeared. I would highly recommend! Will definitely be back.
