Absolutely amazing experience today - Indian Head Massage followed by reflexology. Extremely well looked after from the minute I arrived to the minute I left feeling more relaxed than I have in months. I would definitely recommend Harmony Head Spa and Wellness to everyone.

After injuring my back I contacted Emma for her advice. She didn’t rush me into an appointment, and advised waiting until inflammation had settled. I’ve just had my second appointment and can’t recommend her enough, I really believe Emma’s primary concern is her clients well-being and there was no pressure to book in for future appointments, allowing me to see how I felt first. The studio is warm and relaxing, having been a little sceptical previously, I am most definitely a convert and can’t thank Emma enough.

Look forward to my shiatsu, really helps my back, and sleep pattern. My little bit of ‘me’ time each month 😀

I visited today for an upper body massage, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I left feeling less tense, with much of the discomfort in my stiff neck relieved. The room has such a calming, tranquil atmosphere that I felt more relaxed the moment I walked in. Yvonne is absolutely lovely—she goes above and beyond to ensure the experience is everything it should be.
