Went in not with very little knowledge about my aches and pains, straight away Miles noticed things I didn’t realise and explained it to me. He is highly knowledgable and relates everything and explains it all, I highly recommend him to anyone, even if you don’t feel like you need it!

I had an incredible massage experience today and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and perfectly set up to help me relax. I have been struggling with pains in my legs and back for a while and Miles took the time to not only help me with this through massage therapy but to explain to me in detail what could be contributing to this in my everyday life. After just one session I feel not only so much better in the areas we worked on but understanding where this could be happening and what I could do to help mitigate these pains in my everyday life.
