Hannah’s always fantastic, don’t go anywhere else for my sports massages even having moved away from her base of Fareham to Petersfield. A 50 mile round trip will always be worth it!

My daughter was booked in for a treatment with Gareth and it was a great experience. He took the time to ask her where her pain was and any past injuries to ensure she got the best possible care. She felt relaxed in Gareth’s capable hands and kindness. We will be returning for follow up treatments and would highly recommend.

Ellie is very knowledgeable about skincare and talks you through each part of the facial as she is doing it. She is so lovely and I really look forward to my monthly facials with her.

Came to help with my back as during a workout felt immediate pain. Charlie gave me a great massage, stretched out my lower back and hips and given me tips moving forward and advice.

Had 3 sessions with gaz, just booked a forth with him, 1 hour sessions each and after every hour I'm seeing a difference in my knee. Even follow ups outside of sessions via whatsapp if im stuck with stretches etc. Really friendly and a pleasure to chat too during my sessions. Very professional and well worth the time and money. Would 100% recommend him for anyone who needs physiotherapy. Can't recommend him enough!

A lovely and relaxing facial. Ellie is a lovely warm person who is easy to chat away with. She also explains each step of the facial and is very knowledgeable.

Great first experience of a sports massage, after years of having normal massages I think ill be sticking to sports massage, I came away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Gareth was professional and put me at instant ease, would highly recommended and I will definitely book again.

Mia was very friendly and very knowledgeable! Provided great customer service and gave me feedback on how to take care of my body going forwards with stretching etc. I have already booked another session in for an hour!

I had my first sports massage with Hannah today, I've had a hump on my trap for literal years and no matter who I've been to or what I've tried I've never been able to shift it. After just one visit with Hannah I'm actually like a new woman, she listened to what was going on and saw what needed doing as soon as I came in. My shoulder has gone down a considerate amount and after another session I'm confident it will be dealt with which no one has ever been able to do. Fully recommend Hannah she was so welcoming and I felt at ease straight away, thank you for today 💖
