I had my first sports massage with Hannah today, I've had a hump on my trap for literal years and no matter who I've been to or what I've tried I've never been able to shift it. After just one visit with Hannah I'm actually like a new woman, she listened to what was going on and saw what needed doing as soon as I came in. My shoulder has gone down a considerate amount and after another session I'm confident it will be dealt with which no one has ever been able to do.
