I had a second pair of orthotic insoles done which is fantastic. Felt some really cracks in the back and neck too. It felt additionally good as I have just returned to the gym so the back was a little tight from that.

Great experience, John was great at explaining what he was doing and showed me a few movements that I should doing for a good recovery.

Gurdev is an absolute gem very knowledgeable and great at what he does. I was having difficulty lifting and manoeuvring my left arm. Gurdev identified the issue and carried out the therapy session. I have instant relief after 1 session! Looking forward to the follow in a couple of weeks.

My Mother has been suffering from a shoulder injury for some time now and unfortunately, this is just a symptom of more deeper rooted issues. Gurdev thoroughly examined the issue (generating a digital analysis) but also had an excellent understanding of the wider issue and the pathway to ease the pain and hopefully solve the problem. 2nd treatment date , once again the service was exceptional . Thoroughly explained how my daily habits will affect the back realignment process . Very different to chiropractor . I feel this is more intense and not a generic one size fits all service . Would 100% recommend Gurdev osteopath services .
