What a treat! The Udwarthanam therapy I received was nothing short of transformative. The therapist was amazing. She applied the dry herbal powder with rhythmic, upward strokes that instantly awakened my senses and activated a deep internal energy. I could literally feel stagnant energy being swept away. I left feeling lighter, rebalanced, and completely re-energized. It’s an experience I’d recommend to anyone looking to reset from the inside out. I will re_book again.

Chand was my therapist. She was very welcoming, friendly and at the same time very professional. Checked with me, all along the therapy, for my comfort and preferences. I will definitely come back and specifically ask for Chand.

Gigi did a great Udvertana body massage. I booked the massage for 1.30 hrs and it was very relaxing. The massage room was much smaller though and myself and even the therapist hit the wall and massage bed in the massage process

Fantastic! Therapist Anu did great massage to my knees joints. Location and facilities are amazing, neat and clean, hygiene. Room has heater, water and comfortable massage table. Prices are reasonable for this ancient Ayurveda treatment. Great people and good service. Well done!!!

My experience was really good with Dr Rafeena whereby she was very patient,approachable,friendly,positive & demonstrated her knowledge & understanding of individual needs & wants. She is very good at customised diet,massage,therapy plans for everyone especially working with busy schedules. She is a very good listener & critical thinker,provides diagnosis & the remedies for it as well without doing multiple tests. She has a very natural,calm,composed & mindful personality & attitude which makes people feel at ease with her & her services provided even though it can be pricey sometimes.
