This was my second facial with Lolly and exactly what my poor dry skin needed after weeks of DIY and neglect. The products she uses are beautiful and my face was proper glowing afterwards - this will definitely be a regular treat for myself! I heartily recommend the crystal bed add-on for anyone wanting to make their treatment even more magical and relaxing.

First time and really happy, I’ve had a lovely facial to get rid of the winter damaged skin ready for spring. And a B12 shot as I suffer with low vitamin b and I get very tired. I feel relaxed, calm and my skin is glowing. Highly recommend.

I had a CBD facial from lol and it was amazing! I was a bit worried it might smell funny, but everything smelled incredible — super fresh and relaxing. The whole experience was so soothing, I nearly fell asleep! My skin feels so soft and glowy afterwards, and that face and scalp massage? Absolutely unreal. Can’t wait to book another one!

I had my 2nd treatment this morning and am very happy. Elzbieta is lovely & friendly, she is also very knowledgeable about the right type of treatment for my skin. 😊

I was so nervous about a chemical peel in case my skin reached badly but it was lovely and lol is one of the nicest people I have ever met. My skin feels amazing and has a lovely glow to it. I have said I am going to work my way through all of the facials next!

I had my first lip filler done. The treatment was very professional and all the consultation was done correctly including all after care advice, would I get it done again. Hmm don't think my pain tolerance is high enough but this is down to me and my experience everyone has different pain thresholds mine is low but looking forward to end results a great aesthetics lady who knows her stuff and very very professional at all times, I go for other treatments too

The vibes were unreal — her room is SO cool, it smelled absolutely amazing, & the whole atmosphere was just perfect. Lol herself? An absolute dream. She’s so kind, so talented, and made me feel more relaxed than I have in years. The treatment was beyond thorough, so soothing, and genuinely exceptional start to finish. I’ve already booked my next session because there’s no way I’m going without this in my life again. Officially a client for life now. Can’t praise her enough — Lol is simply the best!

Definitely the best goth beautician in Sunderland!

I had a lovely appointment yesterday. The warm room, great communication from Elzbieta, and a relaxing facial left my skin feeling incredibly soft—like a baby’s. Even after waking up, my face remained smooth and refreshed. I can’t wait for my last session!

First time Mesotox facial and would 100% recommend the treatment. The procedure and benefits were fully explained and I can't wait to see the results. It's great to have so many options available to treat yourself and your skin
