Absolutely fantastic, Ellie is such a beautiful young woman who really knows all skincare issues. It was such a pleasure having my facial with her and I would definitely recommend her professional and wisdom in the skincare industry. Very relaxing and soothing and Ellie tells you what treatment she is doing and goes in depth into what it will do to your skin.

I had such a lovely experience having my polynucleotide treatment here. From the moment I arrived, I felt really comfortable and at ease. She was so down to earth, friendly and approachable, but also very knowledgeable and informative. I really appreciated that she took the time to explain everything properly without any pressure or hard sell , it felt very genuine and reassuring. She made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable, and I felt like I was in really good hands throughout. I would definitely recommend her to anyone considering treatments.
