Jenni's place is absolutely lovely – warm, cosy, and so relaxing. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and took the time to understand exactly what I was hoping to achieve. She carefully recommended the right products for my skin and explained each step of the treatment, which really put me at ease. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and such a wonderful experience. I left feeling refreshed, pampered and fully relaxed. I will definitely go to Jenni again for my next facial. Very good experience. The Skin Firm is a very professional establishment. The staff are informative about the treatment, answering any questions with expertise. Treatments are conducted in a very hygienic manner, with nothing left to chance. Wow wow wow. I had an absolutely amazing experience having a facial and lymphatic drainage massage. The whole treatment was incredibly relaxing from start to finish.. I actually fell asleep, which never normally happens for me because I struggle to fully switch off. My brain thought of nothing. I feel leaner and less inflamed. I left feeling deeply relaxed and looked after. I would highly recommend.. Rebecca was my first ever lymph masseuse and safe to say it will now be a part of my health monthly maintenance. If you’re ever wondering if it’s worth it like I was…it is.

What amazing treatment. I have never had micro-needing before Rebecca full explained what the treatment entailed before starting. I was made to feel super comfortable wrapped in a blanket with a heated blanket underneath me it was total bliss. Rebecca talked me through the treatment ensuring I was ok with the needle work. It wasn’t uncomfortable I actually enjoyed it. Afterwards I had a cooling mask applied with a gorgeous massage using pressure points. After I looked rejuvenated and glowing. My skin felt super smooth and soft. I would highly recommend Rebecca & her wonderful clinic.

I’ve now had Botox with Dr Naren three times and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s incredibly professional but also so friendly and easy to chat to. He takes a genuine interest in you and your family, which makes every appointment feel really relaxed and personal. He always makes the whole process feel easy and comfortable, and the treatment itself is practically pain-free.
