Oksana is the goddess of beauty. Very professional, attentive, meticulous, super kind, a tireless perfectionist. My skin is amazing each time I go for anything from skin peels to facials to any other treatments nails included. I don’t know a better person for beauty in London having tried over 200 salons and having very complex skin. Reasonable on price and every product she uses is ideal. The hair scalp experience was fantastic and so relaxing. My scalp and hair feel extremely clean and free of buildup. Truly such an amazing experience. So many carefully considered and nourishing elements. The team were amazing - Alex and Charlotte were so caring and welcoming. The treatment itself was exceptional and Alex has such amazing energy and techniques. The hair specialist at Beauty Stories recommended a treatment for my thin hair to improve its elasticity and make it stronger. I’ve been doing it for a year now, and my hair has never looked better. It’s so shiny, healthy, and deeply moisturised. I no longer have split ends, and my hair doesn’t break anymore. The ceramide and liposome treatment truly saved my hair from London’s hard water.

Had a really great experience here in London. The massage was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was calm and clean, and the therapist paid attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling much lighter and refreshed afterwards. Definitely one of the better massage experiences I’ve had in London — highly recommended.

Incredible first consultation with Dr Hen. I'm so glad I met her at the National Wedding Expo in London because I feel she is going to help with my skin journey to achieve improved skin for my wedding next September! Dr Hen explained the science behind my skin concerns in a digestible, easily understood format with diagrams & images, which I appreciated. Although there was quite a lot of information to take on board about the different products & their chemical composition, Dr Hen provided a personalised PDF that explains each product & what it's targeting.
