From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. The space was clean, welcoming, and professional, which helped calm any nerves I had going in. My wax specialist was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough, She walked me through every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Her technique was quick and efficient, with minimal discomfort, and the results were flawless! JUST DO IT!!😆🐬

Had a wonderful facial and head massage today. My skin is very sensitive and reacted to a product that neither Penny or I thought it would, but she fixed it instantly and my face recovered. These things happen and I am grateful for Penny's knowledge and advice when it comes to taking care of my skin.

Penny’s knowledge is in invaluable when it comes to my skin. She is so supportive and positive and I learn something new about my skin every time I go.
