Jade is so lovely and listens to your skin concerns. I like to do the most natural treatments to improve my own collagen. I wouldn’t go anywhere else as I’ve been going to Jade for a few years now. I like her as a person and feel confident with her skills.

Jodie always makes me feel at ease for my treatments, so welcoming and down to earth. Today I had my very first Hollywood, I was really dreading it, but Jodie immediately put me at ease, talked to me the whole time and didn't make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. I'm currently sat booking my next one. Jodie is fantastic at what she does! ❤️ Highly recommend 5*

Penny is always going above and beyond expectations for every appointment and doing to absolute best for my skin and health! She works to get to the bottom of every issue, leaves no stone unturned, and will only carry out treatments that best serve my skin. I feel like I'm in very safe hands and already have a lot to thank Penny for in regards to my hormone health!!

My first time ever having a wax! & I’m so glad it was done by Jodie! She was very welcoming, friendly & extremely professional. Jodie made me feel really comfortable & relaxed….she’s a pro at what she does 🩷 I’d recommend her to anyone & everyone. I left the wax room feeling like a new woman…..not to mention how amazing my skin feels. Can’t wait for my next wax 🫶🏻

Excellent 🌟 loved every minute. Penny explained everything, she is very knowledgeable regarding skin types and problems with my skin. The facial was amazing, really relaxing, I didn’t want it to end. My face now feels amazing. Looks lovely and fresh , glowing and fuzz free, ready for my holidays. Penny gave me great after care advice and even samples to use after my treatment. Will definitely be returning for more.

Had a wonderful facial and head massage today. My skin is very sensitive and reacted to a product that neither Penny or I thought it would, but she fixed it instantly and my face recovered. These things happen and I am grateful for Penny's knowledge and advice when it comes to taking care of my skin.

I had a lovely and relaxing experience with maisey this morning, having microdermabrasion. It's was so relaxing and painless, it didn't take long and the whole time Maisey was very friendly and professional. Thanks you, my skin feels so clean and fresh, can't wait for my next one!

Sarah is very knowledgeable and really puts you at ease, she gives good honest advice at what is best for your skin , treatment etc , I feel very relaxed and I know I'm in good safe hands she doesn't rush and takes her time talking things through. I would 100% recommend Sarah for any treatments you would be considering to have . Everyone who works in the shop makes you feel welcome and included .
