I recently had a facial here and overall it was a relaxing experience. The facial itself was good and the staff were friendly. However, communication was a little difficult at times, which led to some confusion during the treatment. Also, I was surprised that my eyebrows were shaved without this being explained or confirmed with me beforehand. Unfortunately, one brow was shaved more than the other, making them look uneven. I believe treatments involving brow shaping or hair removal should always be discussed with the client first.

I had the most wonderful experience with Emma for my hair spa and facial. She is incredibly talented, patient and so attentive to every detail. I never felt rushed and her genuine care and professionalism made the entire experience so relaxing. My skin felt rejuvenated, refreshed and absolutely glowing afterwards. When I got home, my family couldn’t stop complimenting me and asking where I had gone! Emma truly has a gift for making her clients feel their best. Had such a lovely experience at MARA.H Skin & Aesthetics. The clinic is beautiful, clean and very professional. The PicoSure Pro treatment was explained thoroughly and I felt really comfortable throughout the whole appointment. The staff member who treated me was incredibly kind, gentle and knowledgeable, and the owner was also so warm and welcoming. You can really tell they care about their clients and skin results. I completed a full DMK treatment program here and the results have been amazing! The therapist is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. She tailored each session to suit my skin condition, and I could see real improvements – my skin is smoother, brighter, and my pores are noticeably smaller. Came in for a couples Japanese head spa and it was such a treat. Kara welcomed us warmly and explained everything on offer. Audrey did my treatment — gentle, attentive, and walked me through every step. The scalp massage was deeply relaxing and the head wash in the massage chair was a genuine surprise. Facial at the end was the perfect finisher. Decor is peaceful, location in Mosman is spot on, and the team is warm and inclusive. Great value. I'll be back for the cosmetic treatments. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Kathy’s for almost two years and regularly attend the Gardenia skin care clinic. Prior to visiting Kathy, I had regular breakouts and issues with pigmentation. Got remedial and back massage from Cathy and it was really helpful for my stiff neck and shoulders. She asked me various questions to understand the issues and tailored the massage accordingly. She used her knowledge of the muscles anatomy to help release them, even the deeper muscles. Hands down one of the best remedial massages I have had in Sydney! I feel more mobile after the massage. I would recommend trying her remedial massage.
