Today I was lucky enough to book a beautiful facial with Elisa, and it was such an amazing experience. She is a very experienced and lovely beautician who makes you feel completely comfortable and cared for throughout the entire treatment. My skin feels happy again! Upon arrival my mum and I were greeted by the team with a warm welcome. The team was friendly and knowledgeable. They advised us on what treatments each of us should have based on our specific needs. In the treatment room the girls were very reassuring and looked after us well. Definitely will be back!

The Hydradermabrasion was the best facial I've done in years! It is such a great experience, highly skilled and very very dedicated staff that goes the extra mile for the best experience. The experience in the Arctic Room is out of this world! I have been benefiting from the "Cryo" experience for over two years now, here in Sydney and in Europe. The clinic in Double Bay is at least a few steps above any other clinic I have been to - congrats to Regina and Johanna for bringing these high quality equipment to Sydney, feeling grateful to have met Anna (Double Bay clinic), Deanne and Anastasia (Strathfield clinic) - excellent customer service, going above & beyond to ensure the clients are having the best experoence possible. I always feel very zen after 3 mins in the Arctic room!

This was my third visit, and I couldn't be happier. I've been getting facials for almost 30 years, and Gislaine is top-tier. One thing that has always bothered me is when the facialist puts you under steam or puts a mask on and leaves you alone in the room. Gislaine goes all out with an incredible foot-and-leg massage, and then, while your mask is on, she massages your shoulders, which feels incredible. My skin has never looked better, and I can't wait until my next appointment in 90 days. Highly recommend trying her service she knows her stuff.

I have been cared for by Tiffany for a few years now. She has been marvellous. My overall health has improved and the specific issues I have had have been readily resolved by her. She has aided my damaged shoulder, improved blood circulation and helped my digestive system. She is very good at zooming in on the core problem and fixing it with her special hands. Tiffany is an expert in her field - better than the many thousand others in Sydney. She is a very caring and reliable person. I am honoured to have had her as my masseuse.
