The ladies here are so welcoming, friendly, trustworthy and provide relevant hair care treatment advice specific to your hair, by far the best customer service experience I’ve had in Rockhampton. I recently had the Nano Treatment and the results were amazing! The Nano Treatment not only does what it is meant too but, has saved me an exceptional amount of time on my daily hair routine. This will now be part of my future hair journey and this salon is now my go to for all my hair care needs.

I really enjoyed my time at the salon today! It was my first ever scalp treatment and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. My hair feels so fresh and light now, and the styling afterwards was amazing and exactly what I was looking for! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the apprentice I had doing my hair was also really good and took on feedback and wanted to learn and grow more which was something that I really loved to see, especially seeing the passion for what she was doing, even when learning. She also gave really good head massages!

Great service as always, nice little trim by Penny followed by a lovely wash and Treatment with kara, always walk out feeling refreshed. Salon makeover looks fantastic by the way !!
