Madi is great at making me feel relaxed and comfortable during the consult and treatment processes. I have been seeing her for a couple of years now and have been very happy with all of my treatments and aftercare. She is always very gentle and I feel like she genuinely cares about ensuring that I'm happy with my services. I honestly can’t recommend Infinity Cosmetics enough. I contacted them at such short notice after having an unfortunate experience with my eyebrows elsewhere, and they went above and beyond to fit me in and help fix them. I was feeling really stressed and upset about the whole situation, but they were so kind, reassuring and genuinely caring from the moment I arrived. Not only did they help correct my eyebrows, they also offered me a complimentary treatment to help me feel better after such a stressful experience, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture.

I have been to numerous places in and around the Gold Coast to treat my pigment, scarring and ageing skin and always leave feeling like they’re just there to take my money with zero genuine Care factor of my results. I experienced the famous Morpheus8 treatment with Ruby, This advanced radio-frequency technology tightens sagging, loose, or ageing skin without surgery. I must admit I was pretty anxious as a first timer and was thinking the worst to what the pain may entail but to my relief it was not at all as scary as I was anticipating. Ruby made me comfortable, she knows how to get the job done in a timely manner in order to get my best results and lessen my pain. My experience at Alma Beaty was more than 5 stars! Sandra was so amazing from my initial enquiry right through until the end. I wasn’t sure what treatment to book as I have never had a facial and I’m getting married in two weeks! She was so welcoming and understanding when I arrived a couple minutes late, and instantly relaxed me with her friendly nature as we became acquainted. She first assessed my skin before advising which facial to get, which was the SOS and it was so pampering and soothing. I thought I’d fall asleep but we both chatted away the whole time which was so beautiful!
