Been coming here for a while for my back pain, and I can honestly say it's made a big difference. The pain has gradually lessened, and I'm moving around a lot more comfortably now. The team is friendly, easy to talk to. They always explain what's going on and answer any questions I have. Overall, really good service and a great experience. Definitely a place I would recommend if you're dealing with any muscle or joint pain.

Known Kai Fong for a while now as I had another Personal trainer before this as all of the trainers are really friendly. After she left Kai Fong became my PT. He’s a very dedicated and patient coach who takes the time to explain to you the technicalities of each workout and what you should focus on to prevent injuries by performing in the correct form. If you like someone who is professional and personable without being intimidating, Kai Fong is a great choice!

Great session with Iman. He did a great job identifying my lower body issue and explaining how it could affect my movement and performance. He then did the stretches for me and provided clear, practical advice that I can apply in my training and daily routine. Felt so much more better and flexible after the session. As a tennis player, I really appreciate his knowledge and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

I had my second massage with Ellisa, and once again she did an amazing job. I was experiencing back pain after my C-section, and I felt instant relief after the session. She was also very knowledgeable and taught me simple stretches to improve my posture and help with the back pain. My first session with her was a prenatal massage, and this deep tissue massage was just as wonderful. Highly recommend Ellisa if you’re looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist!

Highly recommend Ken to anyone needing physical therapy. He's knowledgeable, patients and truly care for his patients. I was having weak bones and knee issues that was severely impacting my daily life. Thanks to Ken within my 3rd visit and with Ken's expert, guidance, hands on therapy and tailored home exercises, I am now pain-free on my knees have improved signifcantly and able to climb the staircase without any issues. Thanks Ken, and waiting for my next appointment.

The prenatal massage was indeed gentle & great. I am in the 2nd trimester. Lisa knows where’s the point & focus the main part of your body pressure. Doesn’t feel hurt or intense at all, yet she made my body feel so calm till I knocked off during the session. I feel so relax & calm. Definitely gonna see her again! 🫶🏻
