I honestly couldn't recommend Regan enough! From the moment I arrived she was so welcoming, friendly and professional, which immediately put me at ease. Laser can be a little daunting, especially if it's your first time, but she made me feel completely relaxed throughout. It's pretty much painless, a very occasional heat sensation but nothing that actually hurts. Cassie is so good at cooling the skin down first it's very comfortable.
