Top shelf people working here. Went for a guy’s facial as well — absolutely incredible. If you’re close by, make a point of stopping in. The guys go above and beyond, and it was just a wonderful experience all around.

I had a deep cleanse facial along with my brows and upper lip, all done by Vita and it was such a great experience. The whole appointment was really relaxing, and I especially loved that my face wasn’t red or irritated afterwards. Everything was done gently and professionally, and I left feeling refreshed and happy with the results. Definitely recommend!

Very positive experience! Lourdes explained everything clearly before the treatment and even showed me videos beforehand. I was quite scared at first, but that really reassured me and made my décision to go for it. The procedure itself was not that painful and I had no side effects afterwards. My face wasn’t even red, which surprised me. Now I’m looking forward to seeing the results. I still have two more sessions to go!

It was my 2nd facial appointment. I originally booked a specific facial, but Lourdes recommended a new treatment she had just introduced, which was actually cheaper (on promotion) and better suited for my skin. I loved that she clearly cared more about what I needed than about selling a pricier option. The facial was amazing—she explained every step, what she used, and why. She made sure I was relaxed and truly enjoying the moment. I left with glowing, refreshed skin and highly recommend her services. I already booked my next month facial.

I felt immediately comfortable and at ease with Lourdes. She gave me ample information during the consultation and suggested the best treatments to do and to continue with aftercare for my face. I am doing the treatment every fortnight as suggested and even after one treatment and used Medik8 products , I saw immediate results. She is an expert in her field and I highly recommend her!
