Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

I have been going to regularly to Fran to have my waxing done and since the first day I had my first wax with Fran she has consistently made me feel at ease, being very friendly whilst being professional. Aliona is BY FAR the best I've had for waxing, especially eyebrows and face. The wax she uses is super soothing and gentle, and her technique is super quick and so thorough (this lady doesn't miss a hair!). Thank you Aliona, I will be back!

Whatever your need, waxing, facials, massages Fran is your gal. Fran always meets you where you are at whether tensions and muscles are tight and you need a relax or need some beauty pampering. Fully recommend. She is always friendly as welcoming too. Thank you Fran I’ll sleep tonight very well after my massage.

The whole experience from start to finish was great. The salon is warm and inviting and on a cold snowy day to lie on a heated bed in a warm room for waxing was lovely. The wax used makes the whole process a lot less painful. I will be back again.

Biancas energy and enthusiasm for her services and her passion for holistic health and beauty left me feeling really uplifted. My waxing was very professional and care was taken to ensure I had the correct preparation and after treatment. I am very pleased with the result. It's been a great experience have a wax with Bianca. Fantastic experience with Bianka. She is extremely friendly and professional. It was a fairly painless waxing experience (Hollywood) which was great. I would really recommend Bianka, I am only visiting Bath for a few days, but it would definitely be my place of choice for all beauty needs if I lived here.
