Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

I have been going to regularly to Fran to have my waxing done and since the first day I had my first wax with Fran she has consistently made me feel at ease, being very friendly whilst being professional. Whatever your need, waxing, facials, massages Fran is your gal. Fran always meets you where you are at whether tensions and muscles are tight and you need a relax or need some beauty pampering. Probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Today was my first appointment with Fran and I will definitely book another. It was clear she was an experienced therapist who enjoyed her work. I arrived stressed due to traffic and Fran had me practically asleep in minutes. Whole-heartedly recommend.

Anca (& Sophie when she’s back) are the only therapists I would recommend to my friends for waxing appointments, especially if they are nervous/haven’t had one before. They are both very quick and efficient and perform the waxing with such ease and experience that I hardly notice.

Fantastic experience with Bianka. She is extremely friendly and professional. It was a fairly painless waxing experience (Hollywood) which was great. I would really recommend Bianka, I am only visiting Bath for a few days, but it would definitely be my place of choice for all beauty needs if I lived here.
