I always come here for my laser appointments and facials and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else! Andrea always makes me feel so welcomed and comfortable and she has literally become more than just my beauty therapist she has literally became my friend. This was one of my first experiences regarding PRP which I choose to have my hair and neck procedure done. It was all very well organised by a team, Vera, Sonia, Jenny, Emily & another member who's name I did not acquire. Sorry my apologies! All in all it takes at least 2 weeks for a review of the treatment, which I yet to have, but in the meantime I have had follow up from Jenny the Beauty Therapist regarding my health following the treatment, which was very reassuring & extremely helpful.

I had the most incredible lymphatic facial massage with Tatiana. Her technique extends beyond the face to the neck and shoulders, creating a deeply restorative and luxurious experience. A true treat for both mind and body, I can’t recommend her enough.

I had a facial cleansing with milia removal and it was a great experience. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and really took the time to explain everything she was doing, which made me feel very comfortable. She genuinely cares about her clients and their skin, and I felt very well looked after. I’m really happy with the treatment!

The best facial I’ve had ever. The girls were very welcoming and took time to understand my skin and needs. Hiba was very thorough, really got into my skin and explained the process for me before and as she was doing it. My skin feels so much better even after just one session. The clinic will definitely be my go to for any skin and other needs.

Tatyana is a highly professional and incredibly thorough from start to finish. She truly knows exactly what your skin needs. I went for a facial, and she tailored the entire treatment perfectly. We got a facial , threading and waxing walk- in appt. Bhoni did most of the work. She was very professional and her facial tech were traditional. She did waxing too and certainly knew what she was doing. However, the salon was not clean at all. One could see hair almost everywhere and on everything. The nail section was dusty , the floor was full of chopped hair. The facial room’s music was too loud.the lights were working. They charged quite a heavy amount , but the feel of customer-importance was missing. The noise from the reception very frequently disrupted the facial room.

I was serviced today by Rochelle, I had a hydro facial and Dermaplane facial. First let’s talk about the decor- very comfortable, setup was beautiful, clean, absolutely lovely. Rochelle was really gentle with me and explained everything she was doing step by step. She even shared with me the products that she used on me. Rochelle was very accommodating and ensured I was comfortable. I was really pleased with the results from my facial. My face was really glowy and looked fresh. Very pleased, would definitely recommend. 10/10
