Turns out what I really needed was a deep tissue massage and I will be coming back for one of those! The candle massage was relaxing and the therapist really looked after me and made me feel so much more relaxed and limber. 10/10

Alex has been fantastic throughout my treatment journey. He is knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, he listens. I never felt rushed and he always took the time to explain my treatment plan clearly. What stood out most was that he cared not only about my skin, but also about how I felt throughout the process. When I had concerns, he listened, reassured me, and adjusted the plan where needed. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a dermatologist who combines expertise with genuine patient-centred care.

Nicole is honestly amazing — so talented, consistent, and she just knows exactly what works for me. Every time I sit in her chair, I know I’m in the best hands. Even though I live in Dubai now, I still look forward to coming back to London just to get my hair done with her. I’m always so happy with my cuts — there’s truly no one like her.

I highly recommend this clinic. Their customer service is second to none. The product quality is consistently outstanding, I had today my second session of Fraxel with DR Rolla, who is a wonderful dermatologist and very friendly. I want to thank her for her good care and concern… Her manner put me at ease and helped me gain confidence. Because of her am doing very well. She is a truly remarkable doctor and professional that I respect and trust. Don't hesitate to contact this clinic they have a lot of services to offer at a good price.

Just the most wonderful experience today as it was my first time. Just wonderful to meet my consultant who was informative, caring, funny and relaxed me from start to finish. Alex is fantastic! After 6 months of skin trouble, many products and fruitless dermatologist appointments, I was skeptical that anyone could help. Alex impressed me immediately with his knowledge and advice, and even discouraged me from booking treatment with him until my skin was balanced again (unlike some of the other derms I visited…). He was quite thorough and patient with all of my questions. My skin is now back on track and set to be better than ever with his help. Can’t wait to sort my schedule so I can book my facial!

Nicole has been cutting and colouring my hair for a few years now and now I travel into London to see her even though we have moved out. It’s a lovely experience, great location and I always get compliments on my colour. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my hair! x
