It as great to meet Sarah! She put me at ease which was great due to my autism. She was very informative and talked me through making a decision on my lips and how I wanted them, she gave them a through look and feel before suggesting how we should proceed in her professional opinion. Sarah’s technique was excellent. I was so very happy with the outcome and it made me beam with happiness they look the best they’ve ever looked and I feel confident and very ecstatic! Michelle is an artist. She changed my hair beyond recognition. I was apprehensive to go from dark hair to light, but Michelle has done that so seamlessly and yet the hair is still in very good condition . She’s amazing!

I had few apprehensions for the new therapist but she knew her stuff. She was knowledgeable and provided a very good service. But it was too hot in the room upstairs. it would be nice if some air conditioning or a fan can be provided during the summer period to make the client comfortable

Came into malayage today to get a toner refresh&a restyle and can I just say I’ve left so so happy as always! THIS IS THE BEST salon in Nottingham! Today I had my hair done by Dorisa&she nailed the exact toner I wanted. It’s so nice to book Dorisa as she knows what suits my hair best&what colour I should pick. Dorisa’s friendly&bubbly nature makes the booking comfortable. Sundas was also present during my booking, always cheerful, bubbly, friendly&accommodating. Had the most amazing blow dry by Dorisa and a relaxing hair wash/massage by Sundas last week, I’ve been coming to this salon for years, travelling from Birmingham to Nottingham, and I’ve never once left unhappy with any treatment. The service is always 10/10 and the team are simply the best – I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! 💇🏻‍♀️✨
