Ann's is absolutely beautiful inside, its so clean and well decorated (the massage chairs with phone chargers are an added bonus). Ann and Lily took time and care with my pedicure- I never once felt rushed, unlike other nail salons. While is it a small bit pricier than other salons, the atmosphere and service justifies it. I will 100% be back, thankyou!!

It as great to meet Sarah! She put me at ease which was great due to my autism. She was very informative and talked me through making a decision on my lips and how I wanted them, she gave them a through look and feel before suggesting how we should proceed in her professional opinion. Sarah’s technique was excellent. I was so very happy with the outcome and it made me beam with happiness they look the best they’ve ever looked and I feel confident and very ecstatic! I’ll always always go to Sarah now for any asthetics! Thank you Sarah for making me feel confident and very happy!

Great service! The clinic was very welcoming, and the entire appointment was extremely professional. Paola took the time to explain which treatment would work best for me and my needs. I had the anti-wrinkle treatment, and Paola was friendly, efficient, and I felt zero pain or discomfort! I highly recommend The Shiny Touch and will definitely be back.

I had my first Microneedling treatment with Annabelle and couldn’t be happier. She made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and ensured I was comfortable throughout. My skin felt tighter straight away and, although there was some redness, it settled quickly. My skin already feels smoother, fresher, and more refreshed. I usually whiten my teeth with a kit from the dentist. So today I decided to book in with Sarah for the new teeth whiting procedure now available . Just Wow!!!! The results were amazing I’ve never managed to get this level of whitening with the kit that takes fourteen consecutive nights!!!!!! Thank you Sarah for bringing a whiting system to us that gives amazing results in just 45minutes you’ve done it again you legend 🤩
