Caitlin was amazing! She talked me through what I wanted and made suggestions which were great. My hair feels so healthy and soft now. I enjoyed her ability to chat but also know when to just crack on. I was so relaxed that I nearly fell asleep. If she hadn’t said she’d only just qualified I’d never have known. Such a professional young lady with a bright future in the industry ahead. Please make sure she knows how well she did. Had the loveliest experience getting a full head of colour and a fresh cut and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! The colour came out rich and even, exactly what I envisioned (if not better), and the cut gave my hair the movement and shape it had been sorely missing. The stylists were not only incredibly skilled but also warm, attentive, and genuinely listened to what I wanted. It’s rare to walk out of a salon feeling both relaxed and like you’ve just stepped into your best self but that’s exactly what happened here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a little magic

I had a great experience. Every time I get my hair cut I've always been to different places because I've not been happy with how they've cut my hair or the experience overall this was my first time visiting david john hair company and I will definitely come back great staff a very friendly environment and an amazing hair cut! If I could I would give them 10 stars! Loved everything about my visit.

Very nice cut! One thing to mention, the apprentice needs to be more confident in washing hair - she was to give the scalp a good lather and the conditioner massage needed to be more massage-ey! But won't mark it down because of that as we all have to start somewhere!

Tilly gave me a good wash and shamoo and made me a lovely coffee too. David took his time and let me fiddle about, our first meeting so he needs to get to know me and also my hair and me likewise himself. Booked for just before Christmas.
