My first time at beauty Lab and first time getting my brows laminated. What a difference it makes to my face. Shagol was amazing, she made me feel comfortable as I was very nervous with it being my first time. I also had a facial to deep cleanse my skin which was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep. I’ve been getting my lashes done by Nicole for over a year now, and I’ve always had such a great experience with her. I had a facial with her today, and it was nothing short of amazing! She was incredibly thorough, took her time with the exfoliation, and paid so much attention to detail. My skin looked and felt so much better afterwards, visibly cleaner, smoother, and refreshed, with all those little whiteheads gone! I’m so happy with the results.

I have just had the most wonderful facial with Nicola. I feel as if my face has had a workout - and more. The facial itself was very relaxing. My face was treated to a series of cleansing, hot towels, moisturising and sculpting globes. I felt and looked so refreshed and glowing at the end.. And my face looked 'lifted'. Nicola is a true professional working at the top of her game. I have already booked my next facial with her! As a sidenote - I had the best sleep last night I have had in ages!!! Winnie
