My first time at beauty Lab and first time getting my brows laminated. What a difference it makes to my face. Shagol was amazing, she made me feel comfortable as I was very nervous with it being my first time. I also had a facial to deep cleanse my skin which was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep. Had a Hollywood wax today using the new Lycon wax system and it didn’t hurt 1 bit, the wax didn’t burn and the finish is so smooth. Lisa is very gentle and has done an amazing job. Already booked my appointment for next time.

I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted by Nicole, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. First time I came, Nicole took the time to listen to exactly what I want and carefully assessed the shape and colour that would best suit my features. Her attention to detail is outstanding. The eyebrow shaping was precise and flattering, and the tint was the perfect shade, looking natural while enhancing my brows beautifully. Nicole is highly skilled, meticulous, and passionate. Highly recommended!
