Shanice is just amazing at what she knows about your skin and works her magic with the right products just for you.My skin looks and feels so much better since ive been going for my facials.Every product is tailored to your own skins needs and i would not use anything else now on my skin.And now i have the right tools in can keep up to my skin routine that Shanice has explained for me to do at home.

I went in for a hydra facial and had something much more appropriate to my needs. Emma was amazing, talked through my skin concerns, look at my skin and we decided on a new plan as a hydra facial wasn't ideal for my skin atm. Couldn't recommend Emma more, my skin is glowing, no redness, will definitely be back

I had the reset and glow facial this afternoon with Clare and I cannot recommend Clare and the treatment enough! I received a voucher for Ro Skin for my birthday I haven’t been before and don’t often get a facial so was a lovely treat. Clare was so welcoming, friendly and very knowledgable. The room was cosy, warm and so relaxing. Whilst the face mask was on Clare gave a neck, shoulder arm and hand massage which I was not expecting but was amazing! Super luxury experience! Every issue I raised about my skin was discussed and a thought about and treated with care and knowledge. The studio is beautifully decorated and feels luxury, the bed is so comfy and cosy and the knowledge and care taken with my treatment was beyond what I expected. The facial was different to any facial I have ever had, I don’t know how to describe it other than unexpected luxury. I had the back facial too and the at was amazing! The pressure and massage to go with was everything. Looking forward to my next appointment Thankyou
