Alex is fantastic! After 6 months of skin trouble, many products and fruitless dermatologist appointments, I was skeptical that anyone could help. Alex impressed me immediately with his knowledge and advice, and even discouraged me from booking treatment with him until my skin was balanced again (unlike some of the other derms I visited…). He was quite thorough and patient with all of my questions. My skin is now back on track and set to be better than ever with his help. Can’t wait to sort my schedule so I can book my facial!

I gifted my best friend the Happy Equilibrium experience with Catarina as part of her bridal shower — a little treat to help ease the pre-wedding jitters — and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment you step into the shop, you feel like you’re entering a truly special space. While my friend was with Catarina, I was warmly welcomed and hosted by Charlotte, who was just lovely and made the experience even more enjoyable. This was the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had! I’d had a stressful week at work and thought I’d struggle to let go, but I had no problem, even fell asleep for part of it!! The head massage was incredible! That evening I had the best nights sleep in a long time, don’t doubt it was linked to the facial!! My skin also looks lovely and glowy! Will definitely be back.

I feel like a new woman. The studio was so easy to find. The room was perfect temperature, the bed was heated! Had the most amazing massage and very much needed facial. Will definitely be back next month, Audrey is the best!
