Alex is fantastic! After 6 months of skin trouble, many products and fruitless dermatologist appointments, I was skeptical that anyone could help. Alex impressed me immediately with his knowledge and advice, and even discouraged me from booking treatment with him until my skin was balanced again (unlike some of the other derms I visited…). He was quite thorough and patient with all of my questions. My skin is now back on track and set to be better than ever with his help. Can’t wait to sort my schedule so I can book my facial!

I gifted my best friend the Happy Equilibrium experience with Catarina as part of her bridal shower — a little treat to help ease the pre-wedding jitters — and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment you step into the shop, you feel like you’re entering a truly special space. While my friend was with Catarina, I was warmly welcomed and hosted by Charlotte, who was just lovely and made the experience even more enjoyable. I made a booking to have eyelash extensions with Miyuki and I am thrilled with them. The best experience having them done, I walked out with exactly what I had asked. She has the lightest touch, made me feel comfortable and the background music was perfect. A beautiful stylish salon with a calm and welcoming ambience :)
