I’m from Romania and I came to London just to visit my sister. I honestly didn’t have much expectation because I always do my treatments back home and I’m very used to how things are done there. But this salon really surprised me. The care, the details, the way they work, everything felt very professional and nice. I didn’t expect to like it this much. When I left I was thinking that I wish we had a place like this in Romania. If I lived here I would 100% come back. I really recommend it.

THE BEST facial I’ve ever had in a long time!! Zolzaya was extremely kind, welcoming and professional. She took such good care of my skin and explained every step throughout the facial. Also suggested some tips for my skincare routine. I felt so relaxed during the whole treatment, she really made me feel at ease. Oh my goodness, I’ve had two absolutely magical visits to Ilapothecary! Everything is thoughtfully designed and filled with a sense of calm.
