Absolutely incredible! My guest and I booked the Zen Head Spa Ritual with Facial and Foot Treatment, and it exceeded every expectation. The staff were warm and professional, the atmosphere was so relaxing, and every part of the experience felt luxurious. The scalp massage was unforgettable, my hair felt amazing, and my skin was glowing after the facial. I left feeling completely refreshed and can't wait to come back. Easily one of the best spa experiences I've ever had. Highly recommend!

Start to finish, a relaxing and professional experience. I got the esthetician facial and targeted massage with Abby and she was so great. She was so attentive and it was really nice to get myself this treat. I’ll be back for sure!

Today was a completely relaxing experience. My facial with Mya was next level and my skin is absolutely glowing. I would recommend the serenity package since you get to experience the salt caves and then finish with an amazing facial! I’ll definitely be back!

Very relaxed and calming environment in the salt cave. I also had a facial which was absolutely 👏 amazing with an additional add on of the hair and scalp oil massage. Just pure bliss! I will definitely be going back.

The facial and overall atmosphere was so relaxing. I am coming back! The salt room is very effective compared to other salt rooms I’ve been in you can feel your breathing improve in around 20 minutes!

Had the Detox and Zen Reset Special today after Salt Cave...thank you Teresa for recommending we come back on this not so busy Saturday! The infrared sauna was a dream I could have stayed in it forever, the cold bucket could have been colder but was nice:) for relief. All the resting space and quiet music really sets a great tone. Bromine water with cucumber and tea afterwards are very refreshing. For the head therapy and facial Brittany was fabulous, as good as an RMT with strong tender hands on my scalp, arms, legs and feet, alhough she did miss one hand. The facial was great.

The Salt Cave was absolutely stunning and provided such a peaceful, rejuvenating experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of calm wash over me—it was even better than I remembered! The atmosphere was serene, with soft lighting and the soothing scent of salt in the air. Danielle did my facial, and she was fantastic. Her touch was gentle yet effective, and every step of the treatment left me feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. It was the perfect way to unwind and take a break from the stresses of daily life. I truly enjoyed every moment and would absolutely go back again.

Stefani took her time and really listened to my needs and concerns. My service was really relaxing - great dim lighting and soft music. She made me feel very comfortable and explained how she would do an indie head massage. Looking forward to going back.

Wonderful. I always look forward to my appointments at The Loft. Today I arrived at 1pm and realized that I was an hour early. I offered to come back but they were able to provide my services immediately. They have some great cosmetic and facial specials on for November. I think I will have to indulge!

Sylvia was fantastic. I have not had a massage in a long time, and she has magic fingers. I booked a lymphatic massage, and was treated to a back massage with drainage. I feel fantastic. Highly recommended!!
