Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

I came in as a last minute appointment and was wearing a short dress. Not the best planned attire for a pedicure. I had Anna as my nail tech and she was sweet enough to offer me a towel to place over my legs so it wasn’t so awkward. This was a really thoughtful touch in my mind. The pedicure was great and relaxing. Everyone in the store was very friendly. As a first time customer, I will be back. ♥️🙏🏼

Julie was WONDERFUL! She introduced me to unicorn chrome nails for the first time. So fun! I always love visiting with her and Lynn. Both ladies have done such great jobs on my nails everytime I've been. Lynn brought me back from being a chronic biter with practically no nails to ones I can be proud of. The owner Wendy is SO lovely! She is always so involved, making sure everyone is taken care of. I don't know how she manages to run so many successful locations. Like Superwoman! Thank you ladies for creating a safe, inclusive and welcoming space for all of us to look and feel our best! xoxo

I've been to Kilai Skin three times now for derma facials with Lai, and each time has been a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I have oily/hormonal ace skin, and her derma facial services have been extremely beneficial, particularly the specialised equipment she utilises. The booking service is simple to use, and she is extremely accommodating. I'm always pleased with the results. The salon also provides a wide range of beauty treatments. Everything in one place! I strongly recommend Kilai Skin, especially if you live in the Hamilton area.

Flourish Skin Studio is one of the best small businesses I know of in the Hamilton area! Top Notch! I recently had the flourish facial with the beautiful Sarah Grier and the experience was so fantastic! From the minute she greets you to the actual service itself! She is so experienced and her selection of products is based on the individual it is not a one size fits all! I will be back with Sarah in the future! Very relaxing. Becca was fabulous and thorough. My toe nails and feet look amazing and feel amazing. My fingernails have already survived several dish washings. They look great.
