I had my first visit to Royal Salt Cave today for an infrared sauna session, and it was such a relaxing experience. The atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and exactly what I needed to unwind. Laura was wonderful—she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I left feeling refreshed and recharged. I'll definitely be back to try the Himalayan Salt Therapy next. Highly recommend if you're looking for a little self-care and relaxation!

My friend and I used the infrared sauna for 45 minutes. It was great! I was feeling the effects of our Illinois winter going in and came out feeling much lighter and happier.

We really enjoyed our Kobido facials with Ava and April, and my massage with Deyshaun was the best I've had. The salt room and sauna were relaxing; we will be back!

Great and friendly service. Salt cave is very roomy and relaxing. Sauna is excellent and love the mood lights and new age relax music.

Kirsten and Kat were so nice. Really needed the amazing sauna. An hour of silence from toddlers was life changing. The Salt Cave was awesome too. Provided peace and relaxation from the outside world.

I had the most relaxing experience while there. I did a massage with Natalia, the infrared sauna and then the salt cave. I loved it all but the salt cave was my favorite. At the end of it all it was the perfect way to relax and soak everything in. The guided meditation I listened to and the blanket they provided made it even more enjoyable! I will definitely be back !

Everything was great as usual. There is a new front desk guy and there are two things he did that I’ve never experienced. He was helping us who naturally were the next people to be helped and when a customer finished their sauna he was going to stop helping us to help her which doesn’t really make sense and she had to tell him to continue to help us. Also in all the time I’ve been going there (2 years almost?) no one has made me fill out the tip envelope info. It’s not as big of a deal as the other thing but just thought I’d mention it.

The MOST affordable premium spa facility I've ever been to. It's incredibly clean and beautiful. The sauna is superb, the shower rinse off was amazing, the salt cave and message were breath taking. And the salt lamps they sell are so incredibly low in price. The atmosphere is super cozy and luxurious and clean. The staff is so friendly! I loved it here. This was my first visit here and I plan on coming here twice monthly. Way better than the city prices and services I've purchased in Chicago.

I had a wonderful 60 min massage from Malik followed by an infrared sauna session and as always I felt amazing afterwards. I have been coming here for a while now and I will keep going back. The decor and the essential oils diffusing in the spa are a perfect relaxing vibe.

It was my first visit here, and I had a truly wonderful experience. The facility is exceptionally clean, welcoming, and, most importantly, very relaxing. I booked a sauna session and a salt cave experience, and I am definitely looking forward to returning.

Incredible experience at Royal Salt Cave & Spa, Frankfort, Illinois - woman at front desk explained everything about the infrared sauna session - answered all my questions. Felt amazing after the 45 mins. Looking forward to going back next Tuesday for another session. Would highly recommend this Spa - it is spotless - so calming - offers a lot of services at reasonable prices.

From the moment I walked through the doors at RSÇ & S, I knew I was in for an exceptional spa experience. The ambiance was perfectly serene, featuring calming music and a soothing aroma that immediately melted away my stress. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail from start to finish.The facilities were impeccably clean, and the amenities, including the steam room and comfortable lounge areas, were luxurious. I left feeling completely reenergized and rejuvenated, with my muscle tension totally relieved. I already scheduled my next visit!
