First time visiting and do not think it will be the last. The therapist was very knowledgable and attentive to my needs throughout the treatment, making sure I remained pain free. Enjoyed being able to attend as a couple and after the stretch enjoyed the contrast sauna and plunge therapy together. Lovely experience

I feel rejuvenated Looser More relaxed, mentally as well as physically. An improved me. The stretching was phenomenal and felt totally relaxed in the therapist's hands. The sauna / plunge pool was a great addition to an already great treatment. I will make this a part of my self help routine. Thank you

This is my second visit for the contrast therapy and my first visit for stretching. I can highly recommend both. The staff are friendly and the therapist is knowledgeable. She gave me great tips on continuing my progress towards full mobility.

oh my god wow. I got the 120minute Creat Your Ritual package and it was the best two hours of my life. seriously. This was my first time trying cupping and I can’t wait to do it again. Cannot recommend Meral enough, what a gorgeous soul and I cannot wait to come back🫶🏻

Fantastic! Claudia got me in without issue regardless of the day having limited hours. Coldbath was perfect temperature! Clean facilities. Salon quality products for post-coldbath/sauna shower was a bonus!!
