Today, I had the opportunity to receive a sports massage treatment along with shock wave therapy. The therapist was dedicated and worked diligently to help alleviate my muscle tension. Moreover, he provided guidance on stretching techniques to enhance my range of movement. I found the treatment to be excellent, and I appreciated the therapist's thorough understanding of the recovery process, which he shared with me. Additionally, I was kindly offered a complimentary Kangen water to support my recovery. I am truly grateful for the quality of service providedI will rebook again.

my first infra red sauna, amazing experience from start to finish

This was the third time in the HBOT chamber, it was a relaxing experience and I am sure it is helping. I feel fairly energetic, this is after radiotherapy , a treatment that makes you fatigued. The staff/owner is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend the cryotherapy centre and the HBOT.

I wasn’t looking forward to my first HBOT experience. But I needed not have worried. Very warm welcome, accommodating staff. All very professional . HBOT was ok. I have booked the next one .

I had a fantastic experience at the Cryotherapy Centre. The staff were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel at ease straight away. After my session I felt refreshed, energised, and noticed a real boost in recovery. This is a great place if you want to improve performance, reduce stress, or simply try something new with proven benefits. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it.
