Absolutely fantastic! I live in Swansea, and it is worth travelling to Cardiff to have treatment in this salon. Suzanne is a really lovely lady who puts you at ease, straightaway. . Today I went for a top-up on my Brows. She made me feel so welcome, we chatted as if we'd been friends for years. I will recommend Suzanne to everyone, she is Professional and very reasonable. Definitely worth a visit. xxx

Sasha was absolutely amazing!!! She is such a lovely person and a great piercer. She made me feel so at ease for my first piercing. I would so recommend her for any piercing, whether its your first or youve had some done before. Also shout out to Morgan who was in the reception for making me feel so chill before my appointment, really helped to calm my nerves. Honestly was such a great experience thank you so much!!

Samantha is very professional and knowledgable. I loved having the skin analysis. It was really interesting to find out the sun damage, hydration levels, pigmentation, and lots more. Always a pleasure

What a find! Suzanne was welcoming from the start. She is very professional and experienced. The clinic is super clean and comfortable. I had semi permanent makeup on my brows and she was extremely detailed and would not let me leave until both myself and her were happy with the results. Im already looking to book something else as felt very safe and in good hands.

I cannot recommend Matt enough! He has been doing my hair for the past couple of years and his work is always absolutely fantastic. He is hands-down the best hairdresser I have ever been to. Beyond being incredibly talented at what he does, Matt is a wonderful person to chat with. He actually remembers the details we talk about from my life, which makes every appointment feel like catching up with a friend. If you are looking for a skilled stylist who genuinely cares about his clients, go see Matt!

Result with the Nefertiti lift initially was not fully effective. Contacted Suzanne was offered a free top up and was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks Suzanne 🙌

Dana made me feel so at ease! They put so much effort into understanding what I wanted and collaborated on ideas to make sure I was happy with the haircut, which I really appreciated as I went in a little uncertain of exactly what I wanted to do. Dana had plenty of knowledge and experience dealing with my curly hair, and provided really useful advice about products and maintenance.
