What a find! Suzanne was welcoming from the start. She is very professional and experienced. The clinic is super clean and comfortable. I had semi permanent makeup on my brows and she was extremely detailed and would not let me leave until both myself and her were happy with the results. Im already looking to book something else as felt very safe and in good hands.

Absolutely fantastic! I live in Swansea, and it is worth travelling to Cardiff to have treatment in this salon. Suzanne is a really lovely lady who puts you at ease, straightaway. . Today I went for a top-up on my Brows. She made me feel so welcome, we chatted as if we'd been friends for years. I will recommend Suzanne to everyone, she is Professional and very reasonable. Definitely worth a visit. xxx

Absolutely delighted with my appointment for my eyebrows. Suzanne is a lovely lady who instantly made me feel welcome, and at ease. She is very professional, and her work is fantastic. Such an amazing experience! I’m super happy with my lip liner, lip blush, and eyeliner/lash lift PMU. Suzanne was lovely, professional, and really took the time to listen and show progress throughout. The results are exactly what I wanted and absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommend!!!

My partner and I had eyebrows treatments today. Suzanne is very professional and she explained all details about the process and after care advice. The place was very clean with a good vibes and she was very accommodating and quick to respond to any queries. Thank you for a great service and definitely highly recommended till next time.

Really impressed with my cut. Sean is a friendly, genuine guy who made me feel welcome straight away and was easy to chat to. He understood exactly what I wanted and used his wide range of skills and knowledge to exceed my expectations. Equally capable with both shorter and longer styles. I’ll definitely be back.
