First visit to this salon. Loved the easy booking system and the fact you don’t have to faff around with your card as it is already done ready. Lovely salon bright airy and very clean. Staff were attentive with just the right amount of chat and you weren’t left for hours at each stage. Added bonus is that there is an approximate time guide to help you plan when you book. Mark did a brilliant job the colour is amazing and hair is shiny and healthy looking. Exceptionally happy with this salon and would definitely book again. Don’t change anything you are doing it the right way!

It was our first visit. My mum is a cancer patient and her hair had just grown back weak. Nicola was amazing with my mum, she listened carefully about what was important to my mum in terms of style and gave us some good advice about hair care. Nicola also took extra care during the styling as well as making her feel really at ease since it’s been a long time since her last visit to a hairdressers so she was naturally very nervous. Just want to thank Taylor & Nicola for taking such good care of mum and giving my mum her confidence back. We will certainly be visiting again soon.

Always very happy with my haircut from Katie, she is really lovely, easy to chat to and cuts my hair just how I like. Taylor is lovely too, the whole team are very approachable and the salon environment is lovely.

Had a consultation with Nicola for my menopausal hair she advised me on which system would be best for me .. Nicola is bursting with knowledge and knows her stuff.. she’s lush and so down to earth . I highly recommend this salon 😁

I love going to the salon, the whole team make you feel so welcome, I had a new hair system fitted by Nicola B and they all went out of there way to make me feel fabulous I felt like I was walking on air when I left
